it bee a bee day today in minnesota - mudfire - 04-20-2014 with the temperature in the 70s today,my bees decided to come out and do a little eating on the food i put out for them.some of them are even fighting over it.but they dont kill,i think there just fighting for position on the can of suger water.heres some pics i took of them.               RE: it bee a bee day today in minnesota - oldtimer - 04-20-2014 How many bees do you have ? RE: it bee a bee day today in minnesota - mudfire - 04-20-2014 I bought 2 two pound packages of bees this year.had one 3pound pack last year,and lost them all in the last cold snap we had in march.didnt get any honey last year.this year,since I have no place for extra honey in my hives for them to survive on till spring,im going to just open the hive and take all the honey in early winter.then ill buy more bees next year.
