i brought my bees home in these 2 pound packages.theres about 2000 bees in each package, and when they get in there hive they wont go near the other hive, for fear of being killed by the bees from the other hive.

I was able to click and get them to come up. So if they won't go in hive for fear of getting killed what did/do you do?

interesting stuff about bees that i didn't know.
RE: test - mudfire - 05-02-2014
angel I have three hives.the 2 on each end I put one package of bees in each.the middle one, (im hoping)that if either of the hives on either end swarms, they will make the middle hive there new home rather than go some place else.swarming is when the hive gets to crowded.scouts go out to find a new place to live ,and start a new hive.when they do this, they take 1/2 the bees in the my hive and go to where they have decided to make a new hive.leaving me with just half the bees I had before they swarmed.then they make a new queen, and everything starts all over again.
