I did not have time to view the video, basically because it is 57 minutes wide, ah, long.
FYI, it was produced in 2013 and posted that February. There were 227K views and the latest comment was in 2013. THEY are not worth reading (vs some video comments which are great) as the first 2 pages of 127 comments are just debates/fights against other posters and their biased feelings against Jamaica citizens.

One did ask if there has been any improvement because of this independent group's efforts. I ask if people run for office for idiological reasons, or is it like the town bully wanting to become a cop for the power trip. Corrupted intent means money or "anti-good-purpose."
