Let's hope something good comes of this training. Sounds like a great idea for Jamaica (I know there is at least one Wind Farm and one Solar Farm already).

There are windmills on the top of the Santa Cruz mountains in Treasure beach. They were not turned on and spinning last year, it will be interesting so see if they are this year. I thought I had a pic of them but cannot seem to find it.
