Lottery scam sentencing - JonTom - 10-16-2018 An article on sentencing for lotto scammer was interesting (to me) in the sentencing judges' statement ( U.S. District Judge Daniel Hovland). “I know you weren’t the first person. I know you won’t be the last. It’s going on forever; it’s a way of life in Jamaica,” Hovland told Willocks. Seems a rather cynical, even if accurate, view of Jamaica.
