Caribbean - Firemon - 10-02-2019 RE: Caribbean - Westenders - 10-02-2019 Lol We say cari-bean like the second guy in the skit RE: Caribbean - Firemon - 10-03-2019 ARG M8Y http://uberhumor.com/pirates-of-the-car-i-be-in RE: Caribbean - kylake - 10-03-2019 I mostly say (phonically) Care-i-be-an but I do use both and say Ca-ribb-e-an too so I guess that makes me multi-lingual :-) RE: Caribbean - CardBoardBox - 10-05-2019 I often times are mysterified by license plates, like 'ARG M8Y' but then I saw the 'Car I be in' below it. I have a theory that the US folk grab only enough letters to make the first sylable whereas folk in the UK keep going. The real metal of modern "tin foil" is a good example. I pronounce it both ways. The 'Priates of ...' differs from '.. Sea', but I'm consistent. The only thing people from New Jersey are consistant in are: The State of FLORIDER, and the beach is the "Jersey SURE." As for Rice and Peas, I usually have to translate, or is it convert? The video was OK but can someone help me out with the license? |
