Secret Paradise - or what's left of it.<P>That's actually not a "development" per se - it was the regal attempt of someone to rehabilitate this once pretty nice and quaint hotel property into some mega resort. Whatever happened - rumors all over the neighborhood - the project was halted as abruptly as it started. I call it the "eye sore" lol.<P>
