My usual

Lose some weight/exercise more

Try to be more Patient

Go to the beach more often (I love this one)

Mmmm....

I usually don't make them...one year I did however say I would quit smoking...23 years ago, and I did follow through on that one.

Sometimes they just lead to disappointment... so I will just say one...

Do more for others less fortunate.

(1) Get Closer To God

(2) Make some "ME" time

(3) Retrain my way of thinking, coping, dealing, etc.
Seriously .. I have to figure out how to live again with this empty nest and figure out how to enjoy it instead of resenting it and allowing it to eat me like it has been for a few months now. I have never lived for me since I was 15 yrs old, always had children that I devoted everything to including my own life and happiness so now my World has kinda crashed around me and I have no idea what direction I'm supposed to go. Dam shame to be this age and have no direction all of a sudden. Sad So I need to retrain my brain somehow to concentrate on Tammy. Any suggestions from someone that has been down this road? I never knew children growing up and leaving home could be this hard.

(5) Work Less Make More

(6) Take Time To Breath, Take A Walk, Enjoy The Outside World, and smile every single day
