Sorry I have been gone from the board, busy these days.

I just received bad news, and I think this is the only place I can post it.

Gotta a call at noon today.  A friends daughter was raped and murdered in their home.  Apparently they came in the through the window... I don't even know how to feel about this.  This happened in Love Lane.

Lord please pray for friends and loved ones in Jamaica...

Winni I am so sad and sorry to hear this, I can just imagine the pain her parents and loved ones must be feeling at this time. Am wondering if it is someone they know why she was killed.....so sad. Comfort for her family and may she RIP

With a heavy heart we again read about sad news from the west end.

What is going on that people are attacking you in your home on a fairly regular basis.?

The neighbourhood needs some intense detection and policing...

Sorry to hear this Winni. I assume the victim and rapist/murderers are locals. Terrible things seem to happen more frequently on the rock. I cannot remember the last time I heard anything positive.

thanks all!  It was a heck of a day yesterday and I left work with a massive headache.  It's all so overwhelming I don't even know what to think about it all.  Just can't seem to wrap my pea brain around it.

Thanks guys.   The cops have taken someone in.  Everyone believes mom was the target.  she has just switched rooms with the girls so she would have been in the room that it happened in.  baby girl was sleeping right beside bigger daughter....

Cops are saying they think someone sprayed something to keep everyone sleeping???  Never heard of this.
