I wouldn't ask. I'd just go.
Last few years there's been no need, immigration was pretty empty when I arrived.

Same here Aquavit no real need because immigration was not backed up. That said we did try to self guide ourselves to the kiosk one time but were quickly guided back to the line by the person watching.

Thanks for the answers re the kiosks
Think we might risk it without club Mobay next time and see what happens It sounds a bit random with being allowed to use the kiosks but no surprise there lol For us getting off the Dreamliner the numbers of passengers there alone can create a long line

Thanks for the overview of the SOE missjamaicasoul
We were planning to go for New Years but we aren’t going to bother with it still in place What with this and noise abatement it’s getting ridiculous, but I hear and have read that promoters are trying to set a legal challenge to this now. Our friends there so there late night drinking at the hotels too.

Is this sound thing only in Negril or is it everywhere ?
If it isn't everywhere could a group go to Green Island or Lucea for New Years ?

The noise abatement is everywhere, even Kingston promoters are starting to petition change from the government.
OT you can’t just go out in places you don’t know, Always need a link these days to know what is going on in different areas

I think or suspect the SOE will be extended past October,

I was talking about planning ahead but if the law is everywhere. If I was still working in Ja. I would think it was not a bad idea . Absenteeism would be cut back because the party places would be closed and they might come to work .
