Two days ago I booked flights from JFK (NY) to MBJ online for late November. For some reason the online system would not let me assign seats for the trip to MBJ. I was able to do it for the return trip home. I called Carib Air and was told I can't assign my seats until I do the web check-in 36 hrs before the flight. Seems ridiculous and has never happened before. We fly them twice a year.
I spoke to two different agents and have now sent an email to complain. Has anybody every heard of this before?
