I have never not been able to re-log in whether I allow a cookie to keep me logged in or simply have logged out and have to log back in. I do know though a lot of people have had this problem.
I setup Oldtimer2 when OT could not get logged in and for a while he was able to login and use that. Evidently he no longer can and has setup a new username.
So this is the strange, since I setup the login for Oldtimer2 with the password OT wanted I have no problem logging in. I sent him the login info and he still cannot login. I suspect many users have a browser setting that is messing up the login and they are simply pulling up a cached browser page. If using IE the setting you need is: Tools > Internet options > Settings >Every time I visit the webpage (pictured below)
