The photos of the jetties are ugly. I remove my "no objection" but I don't own the property, nor the ones next to it. In fact, trying to control Mother nature which puts neighboring properties at a disadvantage (sand loss with no gain) seems very wrong.
When the sea is eroding the man made structures (seen it in Negril), it is not a matter of appeasing guests.
Who took the time, besides me, to read four engineeing reports while the Negril debate was happening. 4 methods in 4 other locations. Interesting stuff but never a win-win in any one.
So, is anyone going to find out how the jetties got assembled and work to get them removed?
